Title: Associate Medical Director
Time Commitment: 10-20 hours per month
Compensation: $175/hour and base of $1,000 month

We’re revolutionizing the delivery of healthcare and we need a high-level Physician to oversee medical operations in a mostly “patient-care” capacity. This position reports to the Chief Medical Officer or Designee.
Proactively monitors, implements, and upgrades standard of care and best practice patient care techniques.
50% of time spent onsite at clinical location.
Serve on the Quality Committee as an active leader and participant.
Oversees and is responsible for the complete continuum of high-quality care for the mobile clinical care team.
Participate and manage Core Competencies, Peer Review, Patient satisfaction, and complaints.
Advise on practice and protocol for chronic diseases and disorder management by the clinical team, leading and upgrading documents as needed.
Creates an environment promoting professional development for all advanced practice staff.
Promotes consistency across departments through the development & implementation of templates, resources, and guidelines regarding clinical workflows impacting APP’s.
Identifies and recommends professional development opportunities for clinical teams.
Reviews patient file/records by Advanced Practice Providers and sets benchmarks for, and oversees, quality improvement endeavors.
Supervises various tests to provide information on patients’ conditions engaged in by clinical practice providers.
Prepares periodic reports and reviews of findings of tests, examination, and patient diagnoses.
Inspires clinical staff though in person interactions.
Serve as Medical Director /Lab for CLIA waived testing and ensure control testing is routinely done and logged.
Order medications under DEA license and assist in quarterly pharmacy reviews.
Credential for Medicare/caid in region and rostered for commercial insurance credentialing.
Travel to NYC for presentations to senior leadership as needed.
Attend sales calls as needed.
Unrestricted MD or DO licensure in CA
Board eligibility or certification in the following fields:
Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Med/Peds, and Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted CDS/ DEA License
