Responsibilities:

  • Manage the DocGo brand across all mediums, including creative development and brand positioning

  • Help drive and execute brand, and acquisition campaign strategies across offline and online channels including search, display, social, mobile, email, direct mail, trade shows, events and other channels

  • Lead our PR efforts, managing the relationship with our PR Agency, and our ambitious marketing calendar

  • Own all Social Media channels, social media strategy, social engagement, and Customer Reviews on all platforms

  • Track and promote our best in the industry Glassdoor & Indeed Employee Reviews

  • Author Thought Leadership for publication across industry media, sales collateral, trade shows, and provide insights to our partners

  • Drive our Branded merchandise strategy including the gear our thousands of healthcare professionals wear in the field serving our patients every single day

  • Raise awareness for our world class work, patient care, and industry disrupting innovation, by engaging associations and via award applications

  • Work closely with sales, product development, recruitment, and HR to ensure marketing department and campaigns are achieving objectives

  • Proactively improve overall campaign processes, identify opportunities to test, measure, adopt and scale new channels

  • Ensure websites are updated and optimized

  • Stay abreast of marketing, media, technology, and industry trends, and continue to innovate, drive improvement and optimization of campaigns and programs


Qualifications:

  • Education: BA degree required with a major in Marketing, Communications. or applicable field

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, or account-based marketing campaigns.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to think analytically with a data-driven approach

  • Brand management expertise

  • Direct experience scaling digital performance and impact through successful and innovative approaches

  • Proven ability to concept, and execute B2B and B2C brand and product marketing programs from scratch

  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to partner across an organization

  • Tech-savvy and up to date on all marketing and digital tools, platforms, and best practices

  • Exceptional written and communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Action-oriented with the capability to manage, prioritize and re-prioritize deadlines and requests

  • Self-starter with ability to solve ambiguous/open-ended business challenges

  • Strong relationship management and team-oriented skills to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment

  • Unfailing work ethic - thinker and doer
