  • Follow all pertinent Ambulnz TN, LLC policy and procedures. 

  • Function as an on-line shift lead in the field, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality, on-time and efficient service.

  • Works closely with the supervisory team and management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communications between all shifts.

  • Assists in monitoring operations to ensure that all station personnel comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Evaluates, counsels, and participates in disciplinary procedures with the Director of Operations and/or General Manager.

  • Regularly oversees vehicle stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed state requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness.

  • Ensures that personnel maintain the station in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition.

  • Assists with training news hires in the field, functions as a Field Training Officer

  • Determines the need for and ensures that Incident Reports, Accident Reports, and other documentation is completed as required and uploaded into Ninth Brain accordingly.

  • Rotates in on-call schedule for MOD responsibilities. 

  • Assists with Fleet Management(coordinating with Fleet Supervisor), Scheduling and Staffing, Logistics Management(coordinating with Procurement Manager), clinical and administrative QA/QI(relevant to scope practice), and performance management as assigned and/or designated by Director of Operations or General Manager.


  • Currently working in an EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic role

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field required (90-day probation must be completed)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
